We're happy to provide a proof via text or email if requested. This includes one proof and one revision. Please note that requesting a proof will extend your order's turnaround time. To receive a proof, simply write "proof" in the checkout notes.

Use a microfiber cloth to gently remove any dust or dirt build-up. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners. Instead, dampen a cotton wool swab in warm water and gently roll the swab over the ornament; refrain from scrubbing.
